Serious Entrepreneurs and Their Guiding Principles
What is success? Most people equal money, with the attendant prestige and power that it brings. But the meaning and purpose of your life and how you live it are also important. Serious Entrepreneurs know that they are successful because they have a strong foundation at their core. And it's not that entrepreneurs are a group of just a chosen few. More of us would be millionaires if we lived these guiding principles.
Entrepreneurs work hard for what they have. Unlike the Madoffs of this world, they did not reach their positions through greed, laziness or an ungiving spirit. They realize that everyone is unique and don't bother comparing themselves with others. They don't complain about what they don't have and are thankful for what they have. To be more like Serious Entrepreneurs, you should empower others, if for no other reason than because you are empowered. And don't let your potential lie unexamined. Don't worry about being outside your comfort zone; entrepreneurs are risk takers. They think outside of the box. They know that, what they focus on is what they become. What do you want to become? If you believe you can succeed, you will; it's just a matter of time. Do not avoid adversity; the trials and tribulations of life are not meant to be malevolent penance. They are there to make you who you should become. In the river of life are many rocks; step on them to aid your crossing.
Nearly all successful people have one thing in common - they practice. Unlike a sports person or a musician, Serious Entrepreneurs do not have a game or an instrument to practice. But they can practice humility. Remember to give others the benefit of the doubt, they are likely to return the favor. When you make mistakes, apologize and take responsibility for your actions. Once you have received forgiveness, you'll be likely to return the favor. Serious entrepreneurs know that success is a result of personal growth. They know that there is a treasure inside all of us, and the key to unlock it is the fundamentals. So practice by taking daily steps. You will be in the exact same place next year if you don't make small, daily advancements.

How Serious Entrepreneurs Can Gauge Motivation of Interviewees
Past performance is the best predictor of future performance. Rather than asking the interviewee to describe the specific job duties of their previous positions, have them instead describe those situations that satisfied them the most, or those times when they made a positive impact. Serious Entrepreneurs know that there is more to a job than money, although many people are motivated to become millionaires. Therefore, ask not only what monetary rewards motivate the candidate, ask about the intrinsic rewards as well. In addition, ask what the candidate is passionate or excited about.
Expectations are another aspect on which to focus, especially that which an interviewee expects of himself. Determining how high of a standard they set for themselves is a good setup for inquiring about their personal expectations. Serious Entrepreneurs are aware that the goal for many people these days is an serious internet business. Do they see that in their future? Where do they see themselves in 5 or even 10 years? What personal goals have they set for themselves? How do they view success? Finally, have them describe a situation where they went above and beyond the call of duty for a client or a project.
Next, zero in on the competencies of your candidate. If they had ever played a role in building employee morale, what was the end result? How would they motivate someone who said they were out of their comfort zone? If they had ever experienced dishonesty in the workplace, how did they approach it and resolve it? Serious Entrepreneurs know that failure oftentimes precedes success. To determine the interviewee's resiliency, ask if they have experienced failures and, if so, what did they do next? Lastly, have them give an example of how they would empower others. That will be a good indication of how they empower themselves.
When all is said and done, your radar will tell you who to hire.

Serious Entrepreneurs are Connected to Their Inner Source
Some businesses operate on a plane where other's thoughts and feelings are not only unsolicited, they are unwelcome. Serious Entrepreneurs know that everyone can learn from everyone else simply by listening. They build an atmosphere where each other's ideas are freely exchanged and supported. Millionaires are created when new understandings and insights lead to new answers and opportunities. When you trust and accept that everyone already has the wisdom they need to succeed, just allow that to flow and express itself. The only person who can hold you back is you.
How can you create an environment where each team member contributes to fulfilling themselves and each other? Start by releasing blame. When you realize that every one's doing the best they can with what they have at the moment, you create an atmosphere of acceptance. When everyone feels accepted, they are free to be curious and create. Serious Entrepreneurs know that an empowered employee explores new possibilities. When you face unknowns together, the fear of the unknown tends to evaporate. So develop a new online business opportunity with your partners. And don't forget to take every opportunity to express appreciation, not only for what you have, but for the people who helped each other make it happen.
When you and those you work with get up in the morning anxious to get to work, you know you're working in an environment that contributes to continual renewal. Serious Entrepreneurs take responsibility for all that happens and are committed, not only to their own personal growth, but to that of their partners. A good leader knows the value of the people around him and enriches them. Small daily steps can ultimately lead to big achievements. When you realize we are all in this together, a new environment is born and sustained. And in this atmosphere of shared power and creation, the passion and enthusiasm that made you an entrepreneur permeates into all you do and all those around you.

New Business Model for Serious Entrepreneurs
MLM has always been based on the idea of working for 3-5 years and building a life long residual income that you can live from.
Thanks to the internet thousands of new MLM’s launch every year, but the number of new marketers coming into MLM each year is now dramatically out of proportion with the number of new company start ups.
The only chance for a brand new company to catch the attention of networkers, and steer them away from their current MLM business is the promise of "getting in on the ground floor".
Networkers inevitably flock to it by the ten’s of thousands trying to "get in on top".
And if they don’t, it doesn’t matter because another shiny new MLM will launch in about 9-12 months, and when it does, and the music stops, the people at the bottom scramble to find their seat in the chain, destroying their old company from the bottom up in the process.
It's a cruel thought when you realize that your MLM business is completely dependent upon strangers you've never met.
There is no long-term commitment because networkers are only as loyal as his or her options, and thanks to the internet, their options are now endless and one click away.
So what is the solution to this MLM-Crisis ?
It’s a concept called G.P.T., and it’s going to play a major role in network marketing from this point forward.
G.P.T. is not a company, not an opportunity, and it’s not a product. It’s an answer. A solution to tiny checks, leaking downlines, and the "quick turn" mentality that has taken over MLM. But the best part about G.P.T.is, that you won’t even have to build a downline.
G.P.T. Models are currently found in "Top Tier" Opportunities and It's called "Top Tier" because of the caliber of people they attract, and the high-level incomes they can produce compared to traditional MLM.
GPT is THE answer, if you want to start making serious money as Serious Entrepreneurs from Day One.

Maximizing The Internet As Serious Entrepreneurs
Facebook, Twitter, Myspace and Flickr are all social media portals that any Serious Entrepreneur can use for free advertising. The key to using this is to avoid seeming like an advertiser. You must provide information, advice, entertainment or guides for people looking for this type of information. You must bring the social aspect to the portal so not to ruin your reputation on these sites as a spammer.
Keep in mind that you can have the most interesting and demanded business, product or service in the world with all the potential to become one of few Millionaires, but if no one knows about your business you cannot become like other Serious Entrepreneurs. It's not like the old days where you had a brick and mortar business in the center of town and held a grand opening event. We are talking about a global market with the potential to gain customers from anywhere in the world. That is what makes Millionaires. That is why posting informative articles and blogs about your product or services on these portals is so imperative to your success.
Additionally, Serious Entrepreneurs can utilize the search engine in a similar matter. If someone were to search for your product or service what would they have to type into a search engine? Those key words and phrases are important to understand. When someone searches for that information you have a potential customer given to you on a silver plate. Instead of targeting non interested non buyers, target only those who have shown an interest in what you offer. Do this by writing articles using these key words that are informative and educational. They can read up on what they are searching and link to your site when they are done.

Affiliate Marketing: For Serious Entrepreneurs Only
You must start out with a specific niche. That niche needs to be something that is of interest to the masses of readers. You want to find products that are selling right now. The question to ask yourself is "What product/service/information do a majority of people search for when they use a search engine?" Choose one that you are particularly interested in or educated about. When you make attempts to gain the confidence of the readers you must appear knowledgeable about the topic. When they read what you have provided or are finished viewing what it is you posted they will have the option to link themselves to the market that is paying you for your traffic and conversions. What you want to do is direct the traffic to your marketers page and convince them to make a purchase without sounding like a sales pitch. Sounding too much like a sales pitch makes it seem like a scam instead of educated Serious Entrepreneurs trying to share their experience and educated opinions.
To ensure that you sound educated and experienced, do the research. Understand your product inside and out. Understand the company that your are helping trough affiliate marketing. Understand the competitors so you can answer questions about why the product you are educated about is better and in what ways. Understand the competitors affiliate marketers like yourself so you can provide a unique perspective and article approach. Also, if you to become one of many affiliate marketing Serious Entrepreneurs you must shop around for companies that can give you the largest margins and better conversion pay. As you become more experienced and understand the system better, you will get better offers from the same companies when they realize you are worth the investment.
For Serious Entrepreneurs looking for online opportunities to become wealthy (maybe Millionaires), consider affiliate marketing as a possible online business opportunity.

Two Online Business Opportunities for Serious Entrepreneurs
There are a few ways to become Serious Entrepreneurs using the Internet. Much of it depends on the time you have to spare, the money you have to invest and the money you are looking to make. One online business opportunity to consider is affiliate marketing. Many Serious Entrepreneurs became Millionaires by dedicating themselves to this industry. Affiliate marketing has you bring traffic to another company's website for which you are paid. If there is a conversion or purchase made as a result of your traffic directing skills, you will be paid commission or a larger amount depending on the contract you have worked out. It's easy to make money this way because there are no overhead costs. You wouldn't need a warehouse to store merchandise, you wouldn't need laborers to process any orders, all you would need is your computer and some training on how to effectively direct online traffic.
Another way people become Serious Entrepreneurs online is by getting traffic to their own websites. If there is something you are good at, educated about, passionate about or willing to share with a market of interested readers and viewers, than find a niche to base a website around. The people who visit your website for the resources, advice, blogs, videos, photos or information you provide will be recorded in a numerical format. The more numbers you have the more valuable your website becomes to companies who wish to advertise on your site and to your customers.

More Tips for an easy Start as a Serious Entrepreneur
Be aware, that most of the so called hottest things on the internet since inventing sliced bread are not what they seem.
Or would anybody earning millions of dollars sit down, write a blueprint how he got all this millions and market it? This blueprint would kill his earnings. So turn on your brain and don't believe what the sales pitch is suggesting.
Those sales pages are nowadays full of hardcopies with astronomic earnings in a short period of time and/or paved with testimonials. As JVs (joint ventures) are very popular at the moment, where you are promoting your product to someone else downline and vice versa, they help each other with testimonials to make this JV a huge success.
Another sales tactic to enforce a quick sales-decision is to tell the potential customer, that this special deal could only be offered once and then it's gone, when you leave the page. Why should it be gone forever ? They want to make money with it. So take you time to consider if the offer is worth the money. If it sounds to be good to be true, then stay away from it.
There is no magic bullet out there, where you push a few buttons and become wealthy over night. Look at all the successful entrepreneurs, they have all one thing in common: they are totally dedicated to their goals and they do everything what has to be done to make their business work.
They work hard, but smart. They have realized, that they can't do everything on their own. As a serious entrepreneur you have to learn to outsource or automate recurring tasks. This leaves you more time for the relevant aspects of your business.
At last I want to give you the advice to invest not only in your business, but also in yourself. Take time to read books about time management and personal development and growth. The good old book from Napoleon Hill "Think and grow rich" is more attractiv than ever.

5 Rules for Becoming a Serious Entrepreneur
- Treat an online business as serious as an offline business. Don't believe in "Ground-floor-opportunities" or other "push-button-systems". Without commitment, right attitude and consistency you will fail as fast as in a real brick-and-mortar business. Most of all you have to invest. Not only in your business, but also in yourself, i.e. a serious Entrepreneur mindset won't fall from sky.
- You have to learn the basics like html, ftp, building a website and scripting to get a feeling what internet marketing is all about. If you know by yourself how much work it takes to establish a full blown website, then you are able to realize, where your skills are. This way you can decide, if you want to chose a fully automated marketing system or build a website by your own, which you have totally under control.
- Beware of MLM-Companies. Without having a huge downline you won't earn a substantial income. But this alone won't help you, if you as a serious entrepreneur were not able to teach people in your downline to do all the successful steps you are doing. Most of your downline members will drop out in the first 30-60 days, when they realize, that it all has to do with hard work.
- Rely on the GPT-Model. GPT stands for Get-Paid-Today.
It's the opposite to MLM, where you can earn a substantial income from sales, which you alone have done. It’s actually been around a few years already, but GPT is quickly becoming THE solution for the challenges facing serious entrepreneurs in the internet age. It's a concept that summarizes the growing change of focus in the MLM industry from a long-term residual income, to immediate leveraged income. - As a serious entrepreneur please run away from opportunities, which offer you a secret formula to wealth. Do you really believe, that if someone earns a huge pile of money, that they will share this money- printing-recipe with everybody on the internet ? Of course NOT.

How to Become a Serious Entrepreneur
There is good news and bad news in the economic today ...
First the bad news: The jobless rate in the United States is skyrocketing and is now 6% higher than it was before the recession of 2001. Not good, and downright dangerous...
Manufacturing jobs have shed over 212,000 jobs in the past year. The Financial Services industry has shed over
79,000 in the past year. And that's only two industries.
The good news: There are very, very real "solutions" to the unemployment crisis unfolding in the United States.
There are companies, that have not only a solution, they have a game plan, a proven business model, which makes them more money than ever before.
History shows that every time there is an economic crisis it is the Entrepreneurs that make the most money and it is the Entrepreneurs that run the country around. This is when success stories are born! The only way to truly protect you and your family is to become self-sufficient. No more boss, no more insecure paycheck.
What I am talking about is true freedom.
Freedom to work when you want, where you want, and to make as much as you want.
The problem most people face is that they don't know where to turn. Who do you trust?
Look for a company, which
- is in business over a few years
- has premier education in place
- shows you how to leverage the 1.5 billion people on the internet
- builds websites for you
- has a call center that closes sales for you
- has marketing experts to teach you.
Look for a one stop shop for all your entrepreneurial needs.
The worse the economy gets the more people are digging deep to find their inner entrepreneur begging to be released. The biggest battle we all fight is inertia. This is what keeps us repeating the same habits and getting the same outcomes. All successful entrepreneurs know a thing or two about this topic.
So make your decision now and become a serious Entrepreneur today!
